What you give us
The forms ask for your name, email, mobile, the state you practice in, your credential, how and how much you would precept, and anything in the message box. On the roster you also upload a CV, a license copy, a certification copy and a practice description.
Why
To decide whether a program will accept you, to match you to students, to draft agreements, to pay you, and to issue the tax form the law requires. Nothing is sold or rented.
Who sees it
Coordinators. A program's placement office, only after you accept one of its students, and only what its handbook requires. The payments provider that moves the deposits. The IRS, on a 1099-NEC, at $600 or more in a year. Nobody else without your written instruction or a legal order.
The live chat
The chat keeps a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage so a conversation continues across pages. It holds no personal information itself; clear your site data to remove it. No advertising cookies are set.
Keeping and removing your record
Applications that do not proceed are deleted after twelve months. Roster records are kept while you are on the roster and for the period tax law requires. Use the contact page from the address on your record to see, correct or delete what we hold; expect a reply within ten business days.
